inSync design jewellery
inSync design is where graphic design meets contemporary jewellery. Based in Melbourne, inSync design was initially inspired by the children’s book, Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson, in which Harold creates a world around him by sketching with his purple crayon. Led by Iris Saar Isaacs, inSync design takes botanical and geometric drawings and transforms them into wearable art in the form of brooches, bangles, earrings and necklaces. A recent exciting development are the PEBBLE NECKLACES. The pebbles are carved out of a solid aluminium block, with a thin channel that runs along their outer diameter, allowing a neoprene rubber contour to embed perfectly into the metal to create a seamless fusion of the two contrasting elements of colour, texture and feel.
