KARING AND ERLING HEERWAAGEN STONEWARE WALL HANGING BOWL
A 1975 heavy stoneware wall hanging bowl with applied handles from Karin and Erling of Heerwaagen, Denmark. A textured decoration of a stylised, fruit-laden tree features on the centre of the bowl.
A studio vase from Melbourne-based ELLIS CERAMICS. A modernist shape, pinched at the sides and a lopsided form and mouth. Decorated in a three-tone glaze with a dripping effect in the lower section over and black lava glaze. ELLIS inscription at the base.
A tall vase from Sweden's UPSALA EKEBY. The vase has four grooves running down its length and four round depressions or "dimples" in the top section (shape 1384). The glaze is a matt black in the top section; this is followed by a yellow/green which very effectively drips towards the base of the vase over a dark blue background.
A pitcher vase with an elongated organic form from Switzerland's Muller pottery of Lucerne. A bold, stylised figural handpainted decoration is on two sides of the pitcher and it is set against the creamy white matt background.
A striking spear shaped plate - shape 91 - from Poole's AEGEAN range from the 1970s. It features an abstract design in the typical dark colours of this range - brown, green, black and burnt orange. (plate available for sale is the one on left)
A stylised, elongated female figure manufactured during the 1960s by Melbourne-based ELLIS ceramics. This figure was produced in a number of colours. This one comes in a creamy brown with a pitted effect which is darker on the back. The figure is unsigned.
A four sided sweet dish from the Delphis range by Poole in a striking abstract design by Ann Godfrey (Lloyd). This is an early Delphis piece dating to 1966 which retains much of the character of the Delphis Studio pieces. The monogram which was used by Ann Godfrey between 1965 and 1966 is also on the base.

ITALIAN 1960s LAVA GLAZE VASE WITH ENAMEL DECORATION
A striking example of 1960s Italian pottery by Luigi Santi (1907-1974). Santi operated at Miramare and at Cattolica near Rimini. A colourful decoration of enamel glaze of roosters and plants is set against a light brown lava glaze.

A large oblong shaped vase with two side handles and an impressed decoration around its flat body. The glaze is a pastel pale blue/grey with a dripping effect towards a pastel mauve base.

A large charger with a pearly and crackle glaze decoration of a stylised rooster by Marianne Starck for Denmark's Michael Andersen. Fully marked and mongrammed.

A four sided sweet dish from the Delphis range by Poole in a striking abstract design. This is an early Delphis piece dating to the period between 1966 to 1969 with the typical orange peel finish. The paintress monogram on the base is unknown.
